SHIPPING COSTS
- Within the United Kingdom:
- Free shipping on all orders over £100.
- Orders under £100 are subject to a £5.95 + VAT shipping cost.
- International Orders outside the United Kingdom shipping costs will vary depending on the Country.
- No Hidden Fees: All costs are clearly stated at checkout.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 5 business days, Monday to Friday where stock is available. However, during busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
- Last Order Time: 11:00 (GMT+0:00) Greenwich Mean Time (London).
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.
TRANSIT TIME
- Estimated Delivery Time: 1-2 business days.
- Business Days: Shipments occur Monday to Friday.
- Notes: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, transportation issues and stock availability.
SHIPPING PROCESS
- Reliable Courier Services: We offer standard shipping via Parcel Force for domestic orders. For international orders, we use the most cost effective shipping method without compromising on shipping standards. These methods are subject to change. If you have any query please contact us before purchase.
- Insured Shipments: All shipments are insured. Contact our customer service in case of loss or damage during transit.
